Our designs are cut and sewn in Sydney, Australia, working with skilled makers who share our commitment to quality and ethical production.

To keep your Shop Chops staples in their best condition, we recommend spot cleaning any marks and stains to lengthen time between washes, and then cold hand wash or gentle machine wash only when needed.

Air drying in shade is not only better for the fibres, but also for prolonging colour!

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Or you can view our shipping and returns page here. 

We accept returns on full-priced items within 7 days of your order being delivered, provided they are unworn and in their original condition. Read our full return policy here.

Any styles from before 2025 are now retired and will not be restocked. However, some designs may be tweaked and reimagined as part of future staple releases. Please note that we no longer take custom orders.

We’ve adopted a no sell-out model, meaning we aim to keep all of our styles in stock for the foreseeable future. This allows you to build your wardrobe at your own pace, without the pressure of limited drops. If a style ever nears the end of its run, we’ll give plenty of notice—so be sure to sign up for our newsletter to stay updated!

At this stage, we don’t offer custom orders or alterations. Our focus is on creating thoughtfully designed staples that fit beautifully as they are.
